International Face Performance Conference (IFPC) 2020 - Day 3 Part 1

<p>IFPC 2020 focused on all technical factors affecting the deployment and use of high performance face recognition applications, including applications, standards, quality assessment, human aspects, demographic effects,&nbsp;age and ageing effects, presentation attack detection, morphing,&nbsp;datasets, their preparation, training and tuning, non-cooperative uses, accuracy measurement, and performance tests.</p><p>With support from the Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate, the conference was aimed to assemble a set of speakers from across the globe involved in face recognition development, procurement, deployment and operations.&nbsp; The overarching goal was to bring greater maturity to face recognition by improving performance, transparency, and trustworthiness. The organizers welcomed proposals for technical or policy presentations focused on any technical factors, problems, and mitigations that influence face recognition operations and applications.&nbsp;</p><p>The IFPC 2020 was hosted by NIST in collaboration with the&nbsp;Department of Homeland Security's Science and Technology Directorate (DHS S&amp;T), National Physical Laboratory (NPL), and European Association for Biometrics (EAB).</p><p>The&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.nist.gov/document/ifpc2020draftprogram0pdf">final program</a>&nbsp;</p>
